This group of
affirmations address the foundations of our existence, and will further your
personal evolution along all lines. If you focused on only 1 group of
affirmations, these would be the ones I’d recommend.
1. There
is more to the Universe than anyone can comprehend.
2. My
reality is a direct reflection of what I believe to be true.
3. The
world around me is a direct reflection of what I believe.
4. The
world around me is a perfect manifestation of my beliefs.
5. As
I change what I believe, the world around me changes as well.
6. Beliefs
can be changed in a moment, with a simple decision to do so.

received the same results.
3. Nobody’s
perfect, and our imperfections are what make us unique and special.

is no one else exactly like me in the entire world. There is value in
rarity, therefore I am valuable.

am valuable simply because I exist.
6. I
am a human being, one of the most advanced forms of life on this planet.
7. My
mind is far more advanced than any computer ever created.

have inherited a destiny of greatness.

am gifted in some way.

Self-Sufficiency
Beliefs (24)
The affirmations in
this group are intended to help you overcome obstacles of depression,
addiction, and dependency. As such, the statements are perhaps the most
“negative” in the entire collection.
1. Things
are not as bad as I sometimes think they are.
2. In
fact, things are really much BETTER than I think they are.
3. Every
day, in every way, I find more and more good things in my life.
4. Every
day above ground is a good day.
5. I
have fewer problems than most people.
6. Millions
of people all over the world would LOVE to trade places with me.
7. I
have a good life.
8. I
find new evidence daily of the many wonderful things in my life right now.

refuse to spend any time dwelling on negative thoughts.

I can be happy in any situation.

I do not need any person or thing to be happy.

Once you’ve filled in
the holes left by “negative” beliefs, it’s now time to start moving higher, and
this is fueled by a feeling of confidence, which is produced with the following
belief statements.
1. Just
as surely as 2+2=4, my confidence grows by leaps and bounds.
2. I
have mastered many difficult things in my life, such as walking and speaking,
and have therefore proven my ability to learn new things.
3. I
am learning how to command the forces of the Universe to manifest the things I
desire.
4. The
world I see around me is a direct reflection of what I believe to be true.
5. I
can change the world around me by changing what I believe to be true.

can change what I believe with a simple decision to do so.

Motivation Beliefs

come from the actions we take. Many of us struggle with a lack of motivation,
which produces a lack of positive results. These affirmations will help
you change all that.

I work to serve others, my own needs and desires are satisfied as well.

Direction Beliefs (9)
What good is having
strong motivation without a clear direction to follow? The following affirmations
help you identify the right path for you.

I relax and turn my attention inward, I become aware of my purpose and the next
step I must take to realize it.

only need to know the next step to take. As long as it brings me closer
to my goal, that is enough.
3. There
is a Source of guidance within me that is never wrong. I tap into that

do not abandon my responsibilities or duties, but stand fast as long as I am
