IF as a Filipino you want that Life is legally protected and saved - both of the innocent and the guilty - then Death Penalty should not be re-accepted as a law in the Philippines.

For the Death Penalty not to be re-accepted as a law, majority of the elected officials particularly in the Congress and the Senate should be protectors of Life.

In my limited analysis and research, in this #ElectionsPH2019 there are 11 candidates for the Senate who are clearly decisive to prevent the return of the Death Penalty law in the Philippines.
